JOIN OUR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT TEAM, STOCKPORT:
Support the Business Development function with key department initiatives and projects as identified by Director/Senior Manager.
Department Specific Responsibilities:
- Ensure cross-functional focus on the key pillars of our strategy.
- Bring the voice of the consumer by sharing insights and market intelligence that supports coordinated, impactful decisions and actions across the business.
- Ensure North Europe management have all the tools they need to operate as a cohesive, highly effective, high performing team.
- Lead continuous improvement through high quality project management.
Role Specific Responsibilities:
- Insights: Support the provision of consumer insights and market intelligence through analysis of data from a variety of external sources.
- Strategy: Assist the tracking process to assess progress of local priority projects and initiatives, to connect stakeholders and deliver the strategic plan.
- Head office: Enhance management processes through the delivery of additional high-quality output and documentation.
Key generic responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to wider Business Development team
- Assist with implementing and executing project work as advised by manager
- Work collaboratively and build cross functional relationships
- Have the confidence to make suggestions for improvements
- Display enthusiasm for new ideas
Key generic knowledge, skills and abilities:
- Competent in Microsoft packages
- Communication
- Organisation
- Using own initiative
- Passion for the adidas brand
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors students enrolled in university seeking a 12 month placement/year in industry
- OR Undergraduate gap year students seeking an internship before undertaking a Masters degree
