Permanent, full time 37.5 hours

About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Hotel Services Support Manager to join the Hotel Services Management team. To co-ordinate, support and work with the senior hotel services management team to maintain, update and provide records of all activities and contractual services as required, Including Catering, Housekeeping and Front of House.
What you'll do
- To assist with implementation and project management of any new services or enhancements to existing services
- To develop strong lines of communications and relationships at all levels in the team and with other colleagues across various departments
- To manage the development, performance and delivery of the internal support to produce reliable and efficient services and delivery solutions, maximising performance and profitability against pre-agreed targets
- To ensure policies and processes in place are followed through in relation to the services provided and a tracking system is implemented for compliance on a periodic basis for review and continuous improvement
Experience
- Previous experience in high end hospitality, ideally obtained from a hotel, events or prestigious environment
- Passion for delivering great service
- Experience of leading and developing a team within catering and events environment
- Good financial awareness and strong management skills
- Excellent communication skills and customer focus
- Proactive and highly organised with a great attention to detail
- Knowledge of Food Hygiene and Health & Safety
