Your role and responsibilities
The position is for one year with a fixed-term contract of employment. You will be part of the internal medicine team which consists of four ECVIM/ACVIM diplomates and two residents in internal medicine. You will be involved in all aspects of clinical work within internal medicine, which will include
but is not restricted to:
Assist and direct the admission, care and monitoring of patients
Liaise between disciplines and departments (internal and external)
You will take part in the out-of-hours rota
Our purpose-built referral-only practice is complimented by an excellent multi-disciplinary team and provides the opportunity to develop your career in a pleasant and supportive atmosphere.

Hours
Full-time (40 hours per week; 5 days per week) + contribution to out of hours rota (nights and weekends)

You need to be a highly motivated self-starter with:
The ability to work as part of a team and individually
An inclination to learn and develop your skills
A desire to provide the best clinical service to all our patients and clients
Specific Experience/Qualifications/Status/Citizenship requirements
You must fulfil the following requirements:
Completed a recognised rotating internship, ideally in the UK, for 1 year or currently
undertaking a rotating internship and being in this role for at least 6 months
Have an excellent command of written and spoken English
Maintain a professional and caring approach in all aspects of your work
Provide evidence of your Right to Work in the UK
MRCVS registered (or eligible).
