We are offering an exciting opportunity for a new starter to join our team, as soon as possible, as an Intern in the Global Corporate HR team supporting HR generalists, day to day matters and as well as projects and initiatives.
Key Accountabilities :
Drafting a TA playbook while supporting the below activities related to recruitment for London based roles :
- Job Requisition & Job posting

Screening & Selection
- Handle candidate pools
- Arranging interviews / psychometric / skill tests both online and offline
- Aligning candidate experiences during the selection process

Preparing offering documents
- Contracting & Docusign
- Prepare onboarding materials
Deliverable: A GCHR playbook in TA & Onboarding (referencing Hiring@CHANEL assets)
Drafting an Internship and Work experiences procedure While handling internship admins for GCHR practice including that would set guidelines such as :
- Internship intakes frequency
- Off cycle interns outside of the scheduled intakes
- On boarding and off boarding
- Work experiences
- Templates for line managers for feedback and validate learning objectives
Deliverable: an internship guide book for various intern demands and interns experiences.
Supporting roll out of various HR projects:
- Preparing materials including user templates (if needed)
- Arranging workshops and the animation (both online / offline)
What you will bring:
- Related discipline in HR Management / Talent and aspired to careers in HR;
- Fluency in English language (verbal and written);
- Good MS powerpoint skills;
- Independent and solution driven;
- Curiousity and appetite for continuous learning.
