An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within a small architectural design company who are looking for an Administrator to join them working part-time hours remotely for the first 3 months which will then progress into hybrid working.
experience preferred
Working hours 9am-1pm (Monday to Thursday)
This Role Includes:
- Answering phone calls from customer and suppliers
- Booking Consultations
- Submitting Applications
- Invoicing
- Banking Reconciliation
- General Admin Duties
Requirements:
- Good Communication Skills
- Strong Administration Skills
- Good Computer Skills including excel and other Microsoft 365 packages
- Ability To in a fast pace environment & meet critical deadlines
- Able to Use Own Initiative
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16 per week
Pay: From £10.00 per hour
