Illumina Lab Services / Scientific Intern – 3 months (Undergraduate, BSc or MSc)

The intern within the Illumina Lab Services (ILS) team will help in the process improvement of treating samples through ILS NGS-Whole Genome sequencing pipeline. It will include understanding the library preparation, library quantification, and sequencing. The successful intern will work in the lab and will receive some basic training in our QMS system.

About you
To apply for this position, you will be studying towards, or recently completed, a BSc or MSc in Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Genetics, or another related field. It would be beneficial to have some lab experience working on molecular biology techniques - with experience in handling DNA. This role is a 3-month internship starting in June 2023, the role will be Based at our offices in Cambridge. Our programme focuses on meaningful project work, and professional and personal development, in addition to providing opportunities outside of your department.
