Role: International Student Advisory Assistant
Department: Global Engagement
Grade: 4 (£24,248- £26,444)
Responsible to: Assistant director, Head of Global Opportunities & Experience
Campus: Belfast
Full Time / Fixed Term for 12 months
Based in the International Student Experience team, you will provide front line support to international students before and during their studies. The postholder will work within a team providing specialist visa and immigration guidance for international students and their dependents, as well as assisting with the delivery of events for international students. As well as advising students face to face and by email, you will be expected to contribute to drafting communications and supporting on-campus student events, ensuring that students and newly- arrived students receive a world-class experience throughout their studies at the University.
