Our International business has the exciting job of bringing our famous clothing, food and home products to over 32 million customers worldwide. Key accountabilities- Drive brand awareness, brand affinity and engagement by delivering the right message to the right audiences through the right social platform
- Manage the social media strategy and test and learn roadmap (paid and organic) for international markets amplified across Facebook, Instagram and influencer networks. Also manage BAU and strategic activity (seek initiatives to optimise and innovate) across Display and You tube activity
- Leverage data attribution and feed optimisation to support the strategy execution across Social and Display
- Work closely with UK social media team, international digital marketing team and International offline marketing team to create social media campaigns which ensure consistency across all customer touch points
- Manage and optimise agency spend & performance including media and Influencer programme
- Support franchise partners with social and display best practices
- Own the analysis and commentary of weekly trade and monthly performance reporting of the social and display marketing channels, including KPIs and budget
- Manage customer contact centre for social media queries, ensuring all queries are resolved within SLA and report to management on a monthly basis
- Keep up with the latest industry trends and communicate to the wider team where relevant
- Experience of social media, International Marketing and launching new markets
- Experience managing social platforms to drive strategy, growth of channels and engagement of followers
- An understanding and/or basic experience of the way the Display and You tube channels operate
- Ability to generate innovative insights from analysis and translate these into simple, clear actionable plans
- Innovative thinker, preferably with experience of smaller business or start ups
- Excellent communication skills influencing both junior and senior colleagues, cross functional teams and external agencies
- Experience in ecommerce or retail environment preferred
- Self-motivated, well organised individual, who can demonstrate strong leadership team
- Experience working with Facebook business manager and analytics platforms (ie. Adobe or GA360)
