Hybrid (International travel to be expected)

The essence of the role

This role is suitable for someone with proven international sales experience, across the Aesthetics industry, who is seeking a busy environment in which to learn cross functionally, and ultimately, focus on growing penetration across the globe. You will work well autonomously and be able to hit the ground running.

Scope of the International Business Development Manager role

· Develop a global commercial strategy for new business across the routes to market that you see fit

· Full P&L responsibility across new business and existing accounts

· Establish exceptional client relationships and produce personalised business plans

· Ensure competitor knowledge is strong and aware of up to date activity

Prerequisites

· Solid sales experience within the Aesthetics industry, international understanding ESSENTIAL

· Strong contacts within relevant sectors in the UK, US and across the world

· Ideally experience within an SME, able to work in an agile, fast paced and market led environment

· Dynamic, full of energy and able to identify opportunities with commercial acumen and ease

· A real passion for a variety of Aesthetics, Spa, Beauty, Cosmeceutical brands
