A highly successful fine fragrance and lifestyle brand is looking for hire an International Sales Director to be responsible for the delivery of the ongoing global wholesale growth.
Successful candidates will have an up to date understanding of global distributors and retailers – ideally from the beauty/ fragrance industry. This is a great time to join a fast growing privately owned niche company and be part of its incredible journey.
The Role
As International Sales Director you will be responsible for defining the sales budgets and have P&L accountability. A strategic thinker, you will create long-term, scalable strategies whilst leading, inspiring and motivating the sales team to ensure KPIs are consistenty met.
Your excellent releationship building and communication skills will be an asset in this role as you will be liaising with relevant stakeholders both within the business and its wholesalers on a wide range of matters including marketing and NPD.
How you will dazzle us
Candidates with a proven track record in ether the beauty or fragrance industry will need to display strong business acumen, foreward thinking, a proactive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
You will have already operated as an International Head of Sales or Sales Director and have a knowledge and understanding of International Markets. You will also have experience in developing relationships with international wholesalers and have a clear understanding of international pricing strategies.
