Supporting in the recruitment of international students and delivery of international business

You will play a key role in supporting the International Sales & Marketing Team by ensuring consistency of approach and implementation of strategy across all countries. You will be providing a range of recruitment and administrative functions to support the International Office and the development of owner international activities.

What you’ll be doing

• 
  Supporting International Office and other staff in the recruitment of international students and delivery of international business
• Assisting in achieving targets for international student recruitment and business
• Organising arrangements for receiving and tracking enquiries, applications, and enrolments
• Processing and responding to e-mail enquiries from inboxes
• Contacting current students to ensure repeat bookings/applications
• Processing students’ bookings and applications on salesforce.com, UCAS and Banner accordingly
• Liaising with Student Services team to ensure arrangements for provision of international information within the University

Please note, this role is hybrid with a mix of home and office working. The office base will be London Shepherd’s Bush.
