We will not accept applications or CVs submitted through indeed.Universitas 21 is recruiting for a fixed-term International Programmes Officer to co-ordinate and manage U21’s suite of programmes for students, researchers and staff. This will involve liaison with key network members and external partners to plan and deliver projects that have an impact on the student, researcher and staff experience within U21 institutions.This is a 12-month fixed term post from date of appointment. Applications considered from 60% FTE up to FT (duties and scope of the role to be adjusted accordingly). Full time starting salary is normally in the range £31,396 to £33,966 (dependent on experience) pro-rata with potential progression once in post to £38,205As U21’s International Programmes Officer, you will:Work with, and possibly travel to, some of the best universities across the world.Deliver and develop a suite of, predominantly online, student / staff programmes and initiatives that connect U21 participants (‘beneficiaries’) across numerous borders, time zones and cultures.Act as the first point of contact for programme enquiries.Offer an exceptional level of customer service to U21 programme participants and member universities.Collate and manage data relating to programme participants and support the development of data strategies for Equality Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) monitoring and impact reporting.Manage and improve the annual cycle of processes and communications to effectively deliver and promote U21 programmes.Solicit and manage beneficiary feedback in a proactive wayScope and implement internal processes and prepare data for the integration of a new Customer Relations Management Database.Support the design of communication plans and deliver effective processes to publish, update and refine programme content via the U21 website, social media platforms, and U21 publications.Write and maintain accurate copy for online communications channels such as web, social media and newsletters.Provide administrative support for key senior stakeholder groups across the U21 network.The role would suit someone passionate about the power and potential of international learning and collaboration with proven experience of successful programme or project management. You will be comfortable with data management and process improvement, always considering the impact of your work on our members and the wider Global Education community.
