This role is based in the Isle of Man, and you’ll be part of a highly motivated team of Relationship Managers whose role is to develop the relationship with their portfolio of customers based throughout the world.

So, about the role...
As an International Private Banking Relationship Manager, you’ll be speaking with customers face-to-face using Microsoft Teams or telephone and using your communication skills to provide a high level of customer service. Acting on behalf of the business to build long lasting and sustainable relationships within our global customer base to discover opportunities to match their needs against our products available to them in their country or residence.
You’ll take ownership of customers’ needs using appropriate skills and decision making in an efficient and effective manner. You’ll aim to meet the needs of our customers across a range of banking products at first touch where appropriate. To assist customers register for our digital offering and use customer feedback to understand and improve our customer’s experience. Place the customer first and observe proper standards or market conduct and to act with skill, care and diligence in providing services to customers, treating them sensitively, flexibly and responsively.
We just need you to demonstrate the following qualities:
  • Honest, diligent and genuine, caring about helping people with their queries and to move forward with their finances.
  • An ability to quickly build relationships; to understand and meet your Customer's needs through our diverse range of services.
  • Hard-working with the desire to deliver great service, and a team mate that can work closely with colleagues.
  • Ideally some Relationship Management, banking or business experience where you've had to deal with customers previously.
