We have partnered with the North Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Trust and are accepting applications from Operating Department Practitioners (ODP) and Scrub Nurses to work in one of 3 hospitals in the Heartlands of England, with beautiful rural landscapes, but also with access to local amenities.The Trust serves more than 400,000 people in Lincolnshire and the surrounding areas and you could help to make a difference to their lives.
What is the role?
To work on the perioperative/scrub side of the team, providing assistance to the trust surgeons, covering a wide variety of specialties within the operating department and so if you have a specialism then we would love to discuss this with you further.

What the Trust needs from you?
- You should be a qualified ODP or Scrub Nurse (RGN).
- You should have experience working in a Theatre setting.
- You should have started your registration with the NMC.
- You should have passed your English Language Test (IELTS or OET) or be exempt due to English being your first language.

This will include:
- Salary Band 5 pay scale from £27,055 gross per annum (Pre OSCE salary: £23,949).
- Enhancements for "unsocial" working hours, nights and Saturdays, Sundays and Public (Bank) Holidays.
- Mixed shift pattern days, nights and weekends, 37.5h per week.
- Permanent, full time positions + overtime and additional shifts available.
