The purpose of this role is to conceptualize and develop data-driven solutions by applying analytical techniques. Throughout your time with the Paysafe, you will be responsible for collecting, organising and visualising data, which will empower business stakeholders with the right information and insight to solve business challenges and determine opportunities.

A typical day

• You will join the Analytics Team in London. The overall purpose of the team is to enable the business to grow profitably by using data and analytics solutions.
• As part of your apprenticeship, your role will be to support the Analytics Team and assure the quality and availability of data to the Department
• You’ll get involved in managing, cleansing, abstracting, and aggregating data, and conducting a range of analytical studies on that data
• You would be expected to take ownership to ensure our data jobs run smoothly and efficiently and driving automation wherever we can
• On top of that, you’ll collect, organize and study data to provide business insight
• Working across a variety of projects, you’ll help to provide technical data solutions to a range of stakeholders about customers issues
• You’ll document and report the results of data analysis activities & ultimately make recommendations to improve business performance
• Overall, this is an analytical job and you’ll need an eye for detail, but you’ll always be learning new skills and techniques to really help build your career

Skills

• Being a self-starter is key.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
• Strong analytical background with initiative and a strong sense of personal ownership over work
• Strong research capability (e.g., ability to probe, ask questions and find answers)
• Excellent, clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated, passionate technical professional, driven to achieve committed milestones
• Bold decision maker
• A desire to learn programming is a plus.
