Salary: £33,300 - £46,700 per annum
Location: Cambridge, Hybrid
Contract: Permanent, Full time (35 hours per week)
We are expanding our Eastern Europe team and looking for an International Education Manager, Eastern Europe to be based in Cambridge, UK. This new post will report to the Senior Regional Manager, Eastern Europe based in the UK and will be responsible for growing the activity of Cambridge International in the region. The Manager will prospect new schools, both for products and qualifications, and develop and enhance relationships with our existing customers and stakeholders.

About the role
You will be part of a team whose role is to develop and maintain business for Cambridge International Education in Europe, based in various locations in Europe. Your core accountabilities will be the implementation of regional strategy, business development, and customer and stakeholder relationships.
Some of the activities will include:
- Working with existing schools to understand their needs and to develop plans to meet those needs in line with the regional strategy.
- Prospecting and introducing Cambridge International to schools which are not yet implementing Cambridge programmes but are likely to meet the standards or schools which are not yet using our learning resources.
- Presenting on Cambridge International Education developments – both qualifications and learning resources.
- Promoting Cambridge International programmes, qualifications, materials and support on all stages of the Cambridge Pathway.
- Dealing with enquiries about programmes and learning resources from new, existing and potential schools.
- Assisting at existing events and developing new events in line with the strategy.
About you
You have fflexibility in the face of emerging and changing requirements and work with tact, diplomacy and transparency. You are an effective communicator both in Turkish and English and have credibility and accountability representing Cambridge International to school owners, senior management teams, teachers and other stakeholders.
You have proven business development experience in education context and ideally, you will have knowledge of various international education programmes and learning resources, and the international and national education environments in Eastern Europe.
