International Customer Services Manager · Based at our support centre in Ross-on-Wye, with some hybrid working available · Up to £37,000 OTE · , 37.5 hours per week Since 1957, we've enriched the lives of millions of young people by delivering inspirational learning through outdoor adventure. We are searching for an incredible International Customer Services Manager to join our friendly and dedicated team in ROSS-ON-WYE. THE ROLE The International Team at PGL are responsible for managing bookings from overseas tour operators and travel agencies, arranging language courses and cultural visits for student groups to enjoy activities and academic courses at our centres combined with excursions to local attractions. Reporting to the Head of Customer Services, you'll be responsible for leading, developing and supporting the team in achieving fantastic levels of customer service, building strong relationships with our customers and maximising opportunities to retain and secure new bookings. This role will also take the lead in developing efficient processes to ensure a positive customer journey whilst maximising commercial performance. You'll identify opportunities for growth and keep up to date with the market research. IS THIS YOU?
