A bit about the role...
The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing demand planning routines, ensuring perfect supply chain service through KPI management, and maintaining a high level of operational execution. Additionally, you will identify and implement efficient ways of working and manage relationships with key operations stakeholders.
- Key point of Supply Chain contact for our partners in international markets. Understanding, driving, and challenging solutions in key operational areas of international order and export, including resolution of pinch points and recovery of out of service situations
- Implement consistent demand planning routines across all markets
- Contact point for collating all information & requirements to be able to set up new customer accounts & new SKUs
- Ensuring delivery of KPIs by key service providers/ suppliers, reviewing periodically set KPIs
- Managing cost efficiency and logistics impact on profitability

- Logistics processes including warehousing, transportation, and distribution
- International freight; land, sea, and air
- 3PL service providers of logistics operations
- Results oriented in a challenging cross-functional environment
- Customer focused and a strong relationship creator at all levels
- Understanding of demand planning
- Educated to degree level or above
- At least 3 -5 years in a management role, ideally in Supply Chain or Operations though other functional experience will be considered relevant
