International Customer Service Coordinator - Southampton - ARDHH887575
An exciting opportunity to join one of the UKs largest independent Insurance Brokers as an International Client Service Administrator. We are looking for someone who will support other colleagues in the team and work alongside clients ensuring high service levels are always delivered.
What you will do as an International Client Service Administrator:
The role of the Administrator is to provide office-based support for the International Team in the day to day running of the client portfolio, including client and provider interactions.
The Administrator will be part of the first point of contact for client and provider queries and issues as they arise and is expected to have the skills and knowledge to understand what actions are required to meet the expectations of all parties.
The Administrator needs to be able to distinguish and work within the boundaries of non-advised queries and to work within Towergate’s Compliance Guidelines, Data Protection, FCA Guidelines and Treating Customers Fairly.
Key Role Accountabilities
This is an overview and not an exhaustive list of responsibilities. Collaborating with your head of area you will develop your own objectives, focusing on the following and more:
- To provide daily support to International sales team
- Requesting renewal terms for company schemes and carrying our market review and new business quotes
- Insurer data sheets
- Benefit tables – putting together benefit table for market reviews for company schemes
- To work within the requirements of group, compliance strategy and treating clients fairly
- Ensure the smooth running of assigned administration on a day-to-day basis including, scanning documentation, production of daily and monthly reporting and mail merges (if applicable to your office)
- Co-ordinate administration of schemes, including invoicing, membership data, claims data & communication material.
- Ensure that any correspondence received and issued is checked for discrepancies and challenge as appropriate.
- Ensure that client records and in-house system is always kept up to date.
- Be prepared to work outside contracted hours if workloads and business requirements necessitate.
- Undertake any additional work as and when required.
- Attend internal and external meetings with Insurers and product training as required.
- Provide a proactive professional telephone handling service for both internal & external calls including insurers, clients, and Towergate colleagues

- Exceptional effective verbal and written communication skills
- Well organised and can respond well under pressure and meeting deadlines
- Working well as part of a team as well as being able to work for periods using own initiative
- Experienced in using Microsoft Office Programs
- Efficient and Reliable
