Job description
- Work with service users to ensure they develop independent life skills such as food shopping, cooking, budgeting, hygiene to mention a few
- Write monthly reports
- Support service users in attending appointments such as dental, hospital, home office to mention a few
- Carry out health and safety checks in the young peoples rooms to ensure there are no drugs or deadly weapon on the premises
- Supporting young people (for example, in their education, training or employment, in their independent living skills, promoting their social and emotional needs, including their mental health
- Carry out key work sessions where they train young people on the independent life skills
- Report any criminal activity or absence in placement to the relevant authorities in a timely manner
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £10.75 per hour
