Softcat has opened branches in Ireland, The Netherlands, USA, Singapore, Hong Kong and Australia to predominately help our UK customers facilitate their multinational needs. The Softcat multinational team relies on functions from multiple departments to determine our capability and to create processes to facilitate multinational deals

Your role will involve supporting the business with its multinational capabilities, assisting and managing the operations with regards to supply chain, compliance and capability. You will be working with all multinational related teams, internally and externally to ensure Softcat is able to sell goods internationally, whether this be procuring locally using a Softcat branch or exporting from the UK.

As a Multinational Alliances Executive, you'll be responsible for:


  • Liaising with internal and external teams to determine Softcat's multinational capability with our partners
  • Attend and host meetings updating key stakeholders on Softcat's International strategy and statistics
  • Work with Multinational sales and account managers on their international opportunities advising best route to market
  • Engage with internal and external vendor managers to grow Softcat international portfolio
  • Learning, documenting and updating relevant partner programmes applicable to our multinational branches

  • Excellent communication skills both internally and externally
  • Hardworking and conscientious with a willingness to learn and work as part of a busy team
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
