The role of International Account Manager role is at the heart of our growing wholesale division and will play a key part in developing this new and fast-paced area of the business. You will provide key support to our international partners and customer base, developing joint business plans to maximise profit and sales.
What you will be doing
- Managing multiple international accounts across Europe and Middle East
- Being accountable for delivering agreed sales and profit targets
- Building strong relationships across our three partner types – Franchise, Joint Venture and Pure Wholesale – developing joint business plans to maximise trading performance
- Strategic, targeted range planning and critical path ownership
- Implementing effective sales strategies to increase wholesale volume, margin and profit contribution
- Continually reporting and analysis to inform insight and deliver quick-impact actions
- Forecasting, working closely with our merchandising team, to ensure optimal stock levels and order fulfilment rates
- Maximising profitability across the wholesale channel using strong analytical skills
- Securing and onboard new wholesale accounts to deliver incremental growth
What we are looking for
- Established account manager with experience managing multiple customers, ideally with a General Merchandise or FMCG background
- Have the ability to juggle multiple accounts, whilst maintaining strong relationships and prioritising business needs
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering KPIs
- Commercially savvy with excellent numerical and analytical skills and strong attention to detail
- Structured and organised but comfortable working with ambiguity in an evolving, growing department
- Driven with a proactive approach to finding creative solutions and problem solving
- Comfortable presenting and able to compile strong, creative pitch decks
- A people person with excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
