We are seeking to appoint a proactive, self-motivated individual with a passion for Higher Education to join our award winning Careers team and lead on our International Employer activities.
As the International Account Manager, you will be part of the Henley Business School Careers Team and will have responsibility for shaping our employer relations activity in support of our International students. You will develop and deliver a strategy for building relationships with both overseas organisations, and those recruiting international students in the UK, ensuring it aligns with the broader employer relations strategy.
The successful candidate will have the ability to grow employer relationships, particularly with organisations recruiting students from, or based in, Henley’s key recruitment locations including China and India.
This is a busy, wide-ranging role, and to be successful you will be able to demonstrate:
- Experience of building relationships with multiple stakeholders, both internally and externally; in the UK and internationally
- An understanding of the recruitment market for international students, both in the UK and internationally
- The ability to work autonomously towards agreed KPIs
