If successful you will be responsible for managing inbound & outbound calls, providing excellent customer service and growing sales with every customer you speak with.
Role Duties:
- Working as part of a busy Sales team, you will be dealing with a wide range of customers on the phone selling our full range of products and informing them of new product offerings and our current promotions.
- Responsible for growing your sales with every customer and striving to ‘Deliver more’ on every call upsell using your knowledge of current Lynas products and new lines
- Our Internal Sales representatives must be self-motivated, enthusiastic and resilient with a determination to succeed in everything that they do.
- Serving our customers with professionalism and excellence – you will manage a daily call list – calling our customers at the right time and taking their order with accuracy.
- Maintenance of customer and pricing records.
Essential Criteria:
- Ambitious with a driven passion for sales and customer service.
- Strong communication skills - both verbal and written.
- Have a polite, pleasant and helpful telephone manner.
- Good I.T. and administrative skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
- Enjoy being a part of a large growing team.
- Willing to succeed and see tasks through to the end.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Ability to recognise confidentiality and act in a professional manner.
Desirable Criteria:
- Previous sales experience.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Maths and English GCSE grade C or above.
