As an Internal Sales Advisor at Honey legal, you will need great customer service and communications skills to excel in our business.

Caring about our customers

In this position, you'll be discussing solutions with potential customers who are looking to put in place legal protection for their estate, their family and themselves. You will embrace the responsibility of talking about later life planning and help give people peace of mind.

Responsibilities:

• Deal with a range of estate planning enquiries through telephone or video appointments
• Listen and guide customers through the legal solutions available to help them and the potential legal issues if no action is taken
• Conduct a Fact Find during the appointment with regards to their individual circumstances (personal and finance)
  
• Understand individual customer's circumstances and needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Manage the sales process from end to end, including completion of documentation and payments
• Perform to agreed targets to deliver outstanding customer outcomes and commercial success.

Skills and Experience:

• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Previous outbound or inbound sales experience working in a consultative sales environment supporting customers to make decisions
• A good telephone manner with strong rapport building skills
• A strong level of literacy and numeracy
• Good IT skills, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems
• Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
• Proven in achieving sales targets
