Located on Britain's Energy Coast we employ over 200 people and operate from one of the largest and most comprehensively equipped workshops in the uK. with our years of engineering and manufacturing experience we guarantee to deliver exacting standards of quality and excellent levels of service. We offer Fabrication, Machining, Fitting, Assembly and Testing facilities, with a floor capacity of 19,200m2, two 5 metre deep manufacturing pits and a lifting capacity of 130 tonnes.

Role Overview:
We are on the lookout for an experienced recruiter who will own the full Lifecyle for fixed-term and permanent roles across our business.
Role/responsibilities.
Qualify roles with hiring managers and agree sourcing strategy.
Market and source roles through direct sourcing channels (Job boards, Linkedln, and ATS system)
Screen internal and external candidates and set up interviews for hiring managers
Lead the internal application process for our permanent and fixed term contract recruitment.
Negotiate offers against valid and approved requisitions
Set up and maintain a database of clients and candidates to ensure all vacancies can be filled
Recruiting and matching candidates for available positions
Setting up, developing, and maintaining systems and procedures
Planning of resource to maximise hours, and ensure candidates are motivated and happy to work.
Effectively utilising reports and communication tools
Writing and publishing adverts to ensure the relevant recruitment campaigns are completed
Conducting thorough market research, to include local competitor pay rates and types of skills
Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job
Delivering candidate interview feedback
Review with HR & Business support Manager the company recruitment policy to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programs
Understanding the equality and diversity policies to ensure fair recruitment and selection practices to operaerate in line with employment law
Work with the Business support team to on-board new employees.
Understand our internal pay structure liaising with with the HR Manager & Business Support Manager on salaries.
Qualifications / Experience Required / Person Attributes
Demonstrable Recruitment experience - min 3 years (preferably in the engineering / manufacturing sector)
Good computer literacy
Comfortable in using various platforms to manage personnel engaging with technology to drive stronger processes and solutions
Confident communicator at all levels
problem solving abilities to benefit people at all levels.
Organised and detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
Compliance aware to ensure our legal responsibilities are met
