As we continue to grow at a fast pace, we are on the lookout for an internal recruiter to come join us and help us reach our growth goals. As Internal recruiter you will report into the Head of people, assisting with the end-to-end cycle of recruitment.
You will be able to work autonomously and to ensure that the messaging about the business and the perception of the company as an employer is consistent and in line with our growth strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the offer management and onboarding process
- Advertising roles across multiple advertising platforms
- Creating/updating job descriptions
- Managing candidates right through the recruitment process from initial conversations to informing unsuccessful candidates
- Ensuring all service level agreements and personal KPIs are met e.g., candidates sourced, candidates interviewed, shortlisted, interviews and offers etc.
- Screening Candidates and shortlisting suitable candidates to the Hiring Manager
- Coordinating interviews and managing feedback from the Hiring Manager to the candidate
- Assisting with interview notes
- Self-sourcing candidates through various methods
- Ensuring our recruitment process matches with the brand and culture of our business
- And any other responsibilities as per the Head of people
