Job Title: Internal Communications Partner- 12 Month FTC
Location: Luton
We are seeking an experienced communications professional to join our IT, Data, and Change leadership team as a strategic partner. In this role, you will play a critical role in bringing our business transformational priorities to life through compelling language and communications activities that connect our employees to the changes happening within the airline.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing a communications strategy that aligns with the wider business priorities. You will also work closely with the HRBP to ensure that the employee experience is communicated in a strong and thoughtful way. Additionally, you will use data and measurement to continuously improve and enhance our communications and engagement approaches.

What you need to do the role
Experience of partnering with and IT, Data and Change leadership team to develop and implement a communications strategy.
You will also have provided advice and consultancy to leadership teams in a corporate setting, bringing the voice of employees to decision making, protecting the reputation of the business through effective issues management.
Experience of creating and owning the communications strategy for senior leadership team, and have been part of a wider internal communications team and contributing to continuous improvement, bringing best practice, thought leadership, and valid insights to the team.

This full-time role will be based in Luton, and will be 40 hours per week, with some occasional travel required.
