You’ll play an integral part of the Marketing Team and will play a key part in keeping our 1,500+ employees up to date with business information, competitions, events and more, with our comms playing a vital part in ensuring staff are able to give customers the best service in the industry.
No two days will be the same as you help write features for our in-house magazine, share the news of our latest partnership, craft important business updates, support our CEO with our regular live Q&A sessions, and help organise staff events, including charity football matches at Premier League football grounds, just to name a few!

What does this role involve?
Working closely with the Internal Communications Manager, you will help produce and manage the communication content plan.
Day to day, you will;
- assist with the overall written internal communications across the business varying from our internal magazine, intranet, charity events, competitions, CEO updates and more;
- provide support to the Marketing Manager and Media and Communications Manager along with assisting the wider marketing department on an ad-hoc basis;
- work closely with every department across the business to help plan and execute various communication campaigns for their departments.
Who are we looking for?
You will have a passion for writing and tailoring content reflective of a brands identity and tone.
You will be an organised individual with a keen eye for detail, which will help when managing multiple marketing campaigns. Being a good communicator is key, as you will be interacting and involved with several teams and stakeholders of all levels across the business on a daily basis.
Your collaborative approach will enable you to work effectively with internal stakeholders in planning, creating, and executing marketing communication projects.
A background in marketing, or writing/journalism would be advantageous
