Internal Communications Coordinator Job Description We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to take up this exciting opportunity. As an Internal Communications Coordinator, you will provide day-to-day support to the Global Head of Internal Communications with the opportunity for progression. This role would suit an individual who has had a couple of years of experience in marketing or communications. In this versatile role, you will actively support the delivery of communication to your colleagues, as well as related projects and campaigns The successful candidate will have the opportunity to take ownership of writing communications and repurpose the great stories happening around the business. You will have the chance to work across several disciplines to build skills, embrace new challenges, and experience varied opportunities. Focus areas Generate relevant and engaging content for our colleagues in various formats Write and edit high-quality copy including announcements, policies and campaigns Maintain and moderate information and user engagement channels including the company intranet Work alongside colleagues and build relationships with our internal customers Develop, implement and project manage a range of internal communication activities and initiatives Build a culture of 2-way communication is advocated and becomes integral to ways of working Contribute to the measurement and evaluation of communication activity across all channels Complete agreed programmes of work, meet challenging targets, deadlines, and standards of performance as agreed with your People Manager Preferred Experience & Skills Relevant degree and/or professional experience You have experience and knowledge of various communication channels inc. digital, video, and media You can demonstrate experience of working on a range of projects simultaneously You have excellent written and verbal communication skills You have the ability to converse with a diverse range of colleagues You have excellent attention to detail You are proficient in utilising various communication platforms Strong organisational and time management skills You are a strategic thinker and ability to prioritise effectively Fluency in English (written and verbal) Experience working in tech/IT is desirable.
