- Leverage data to measure our impact and help inform communication strategies
- Continue the deployment of our intranet and, ongoing, maximise its impact through analytics and centralised resources
- Administer and lead governance across our current platforms and lead the identification and development of new ones
- Build and iterate on our centre of excellence resources – comms playbook, style guide, etc.
- Manage our community and its governance (maintaining minutes, follow up on key points etc)
- Help consult on the development of our company’s people listening practice as it develops
You are energised by…
- Telling stories with data
- Building relationships across our local communication counterparts and our corporate stakeholders
- Finding opportunities to streamline processes, while keeping the spirit of our decentralised and highly collaborative and creative organisation
- Finding technology solutions
- Supporting communication partnerships across our One House priorities
- A close-knit and very collaborative, open team

- Exceptional organisational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to use content management systems
- Proficiency in tools such as PowerPoint, Teams, project management systems, Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite
