Full Time London, England 30000 - 60000 GBP ANNUAL Today
Job description

At Chanel, we are focused on creating an inclusive culture that nurtures personal growth, contributing to collective progress. We believe the uniqueness of each individual increases the diversity, complementarity and effectiveness of our teams. We strongly encourage your application, as we value the perspective, experience and potential you could bring to CHANEL.
It is an exciting moment in Global Internal Communications as we continue the development of the function, which was established in 2017. Our team works to connect our employees to One House company messages; articulate and extend the reach of our CEO office; and continually evolve and assess our process/channels/communications to ensure we are sending the right messages in the right channels to reach all our employees.
Our Channel Manager will be a next step in helping us to unlock the power of data to measure our impact to the business, create a centre of excellence that sets a minimum level of internal comms across the world, and broadens the reach and scope of our established channels while identifying new ones.
In this role, you will:
  • Oversee analytics and reporting across our established platforms
  • Leverage data to measure our impact and help inform communication strategies
  • Continue the deployment of our intranet and, ongoing, maximise its impact through analytics and centralised resources
  • Administer and lead governance across our current platforms and lead the identification and development of new ones
  • Build and iterate on our centre of excellence resources – comms playbook, style guide, etc.
  • Manage our community and its governance (maintaining minutes, follow up on key points etc)
  • Help consult on the development of our company’s people listening practice as it develops
You are energised by…
  • Telling stories with data
  • Building relationships across our local communication counterparts and our corporate stakeholders
  • Finding opportunities to streamline processes, while keeping the spirit of our decentralised and highly collaborative and creative organisation
  • Finding technology solutions
  • Supporting communication partnerships across our One House priorities
  • A close-knit and very collaborative, open team
Position requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpretation skills
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills
  • Exceptional organisational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to use content management systems
  • Proficiency in tools such as PowerPoint, Teams, project management systems, Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in intranet platforms and administration
  • Experience in project management and process governance
