This role is part of the Atos Business Transformation Services (BTS) and BPS Limited Internal Audit Team providing internal audit services to Atos clients in the Financial Services and Insurance Sector. The role is required following successful continued growth by Atos in the financial services outsourcing market. The role will primarily support existing clients but may also occasionally be required to support bid activity from which further opportunities for progression within the team may arise. The BTS / BPS internal audit team consists of 8 people located at the Atos sites in the north of England and Scotland
The key responsibilities of the Internal Auditor are:
Audit planning, developing Terms of Reference with business stakeholders
Preparation and completion of audit fieldwork / testing
Documentation of audit working papers
Documenting, discussing and agreeing audit findings and actions with stakeholders
Preparation and issue of Draft Internal Audit Reports
Supporting the audit action tracking process
Supporting the liaison with and coordination of the co-source arrangement with KPMG
Competency and skills:
Excellent written and oral communication (English) and presentation skills
Strong interpersonal skills with internal and external management
Logical thinking and objective presentation of opinions/conclusions
Commercial awareness and sensitive stakeholder management
Structured planning and delivery, excellent time management skills
Experience:
Willing to study
Internal Audit (1-3 years)
Financial Services experience (Banking, Life and Pensions)
