Job description
- Focus on putting together a strategic plan, identifying all controls, risks, looking at enterprise risk management.
- Building out frameworks, working with the Big 4 advisors who do a lot of the work currently.
- The role will work with the CEO, Audit Committee Chair and indeed the CFO.
- This person will have had extensive experience of embedding controls and frameworks.
- They will keep up to date with technical changes, through going on external courses, dealing with advisors.
Global Accounting Network are recruiting for a Private Equity Backed Financial Services organisation that is looking for an Internal Audit Manager. The business is growing rapidly so offers a great opportunity to grow a team in an exciting organisation and industry.
Stand alone lead audit role which will grow a team and eventually turn into a director level position.
Skills/experience required:
- Qualified ACA/ACCA Accountant with considerable PQE
- Ideally both practice and industry experience in internal audit
- Setting up an internal audit function
