Main Purpose
Assist the Internal Audit ad SOX manager to develop and maintain all UK SOX documentation, self assessment of SWR's compliance with UK SOX, management of delegation of authorities and internal audit.
Principal Accountabilities
Line Management
- Working closely with all team members (through direct reports) to ensure successful achievement of objectives and to enhance and develop the team's overall capabilities and Including but not limited to:
- Performance review
- Develop development plan
- Prepare succession planning and manage staff turnover
- Promote and support talent
Internal Audit and SOX
- Assist the UK SOX and Internal Audit Manager to
- develop and maintain all UK SOX documentation, Process Flows, Process Notes, RACMs, control matrices etc.
- develop, manage, administer and communicate the Delegation of Financial Authorities. Ensuring that this is in line with the FRH Delegation of Ensuring that Delegation of Authority is reviewed and authorised by the Executive annually.
- manage the programme and delivery of internal Including development and oversight of process improvement to address actions.
- manage of the programme and delivery of UK SOX control checks and self Including development and oversight of process improvement to address actions.
- deliver accurate and timely UK SOX reporting to
- maintain a process document repository and ensure that all processes are reviewed and updated at lease bi-annually.
Minimum Requirements
- A self motivated and self-starter with individual that is enthusiastic to learn and challenge
- Strong inter-personal and communication skills.
- Confident in Excel, Word, Project and Visio and SAP/SAP BI/SAP BPC an advantage.
- Commenced or willing to commence studying towards ACCA or ACA.
Working Pattern
Working an average of 37 hours per week over 5 days
Monday – Friday, office hours
