The Role – Social Media Intern (Paid)
We use LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and YouTube, to build our reputation and sell our business products with target companies/markets. The candidate will support the company’s social media accounts and prepare monthly content with a disciplined approach. Our content includes video, website, blogs, credentials, brochures, infographics and gamified products. There will also be scope to improve our written content on our platforms plus voiceover on our short youtube videos. We’re looking for someone who can learn quickly, has passion for digital marketing and is reliable.
The commitment is anticipated to be around 10 hours per month. This is a remote working post.
Requirements
The successful applicant should be available to start immediately and:
- Have a strong interest and experience in social media and marketing particularly for businesses.
- Experience of content preparation tools such as Hootsuite and Social Bu.
- Experience of tracking social media statistics
- Must have excellent verbal and written English skills.
- Have a natural ability to write and review business related content for web/social media
- Ideally pursuing a Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Operational Management, Supply Chain Management or related subjects
- Have a minimum of 1 year work experience
- Owns computer and phone and has internet access

We pay £10 per hour during the probation period of 2 months and then rising to £13 per hour
