We are excited to be reintroducing our internship program back to our London office, with placements starting in July 2023 and ending in July 2024. This 12 month program is a fantastic opportunity for anyone in the very early stages of their career to join one of the leading companies in Film and TV. Although each role is different and part of a different department, all our internships will give you an in-depth understanding of the industry and department and will play a major part in helping to carve out your future career.

Internship and Department overview:
Security, Safety and Sustainability (S3)
The S3 department is a global team concerned with protecting people, property, and the planet. We provide expert advice and guidance to film and television productions on all matters relating to security, safety, and sustainability.
This role is working for our international team based in our office in Paddington, London, UK.
What you will do:
- Support the development and implementation of production security, safety and sustainability programmes.
- Take a key role in the project team developing legal and corporate compliance-based tools.
- Support the design, development and delivery of online training.
- Collect and distribute metrics measuring effectiveness of our programmes.
- Assist the S3 team in developing and maintaining databases and websites.
- Research and gather information on relevant topical matters to help improve the team’s current service offering.
- Participate in projects across the business including other functions such as Finance and Procurement and potentially across different territories such as EMEA and LATAM.
- General administrative tasks as assigned.
What you will learn:
- Gain valuable corporate experience in security, safety and sustainability functions working behind the scenes for one of the big five studios in the world
- Learn the importance of being able to work both in a team and contribute and/or, being able to work independently from one’s own initiative
- Importance of being flexible, reliable, adaptable, enthusiastic, confidential and, keen to learn
- Work across different time zones for an international team and learn about different cultures and ways of working across the globe
- Have the opportunity to contribute to the bigger picture raising and improving standards
- Be able navigate and research relevant subject matter thus increasing knowledge and, then feeding back to the business
- Understand basic project management and how to write and present key management information
- Working on variety of Technology platforms
- Increase knowledge of MS Office tools which are all key in other sectors
- Gain general administrative experience
