About the role – Junior Marketing Data Analyst

We are looking for inquisitive, articulate, numerate and above-all, enthusiastic individual to support the wider marketing team in delivering data led campaigns and lead generation activity.
Requirements
What you’ll be doingWorking with and under the guidance of the Head of CRM and Marketing Operations, the Junior Marketing Data Analyst will undertake a variety of data related tasks.
- Get a deep understanding of the customer and prospect data in various internal systems; Dynamics 365 CRM, Outreach Sales Engagement, HubSpot Marketing Hub, and the cross over between the data sets.
- Work to establish a link between the systems and match the data, removing unwanted duplicate records that are in any one system and allowing updates to flow from one system to the other once they have been matched.
- Look to supplement the data we have with additional prospect records sourced from other 3rd parties to support our lead generation activity.
- Deliver specific data selections for campaigns and work with marketing campaign teams to optimise their effectiveness through more enhanced / personalised target audience selection.
- Provide analysis on customer and prospect data as required by other members of the team, this will include but not be limited to campaign performance by data selection, third party source, vertical, and persona.
- Implement a new industry vertical classification across all systems that meets Feefo’s specific requirements for use in data selections and analysis.
- Implement a revised persona classification relevant to Feefo’s buying process across all systems for use in data selections and analysis.
- Work with colleagues on improving and automating data processes, including customer suppression and opt in / out process.
- Support line manager and CRM team on other data related tasks.
The skills you’ll need to bring
- Highly numerate having studied mathematics, statistics, economics, computer science or similar courses.
- Inquisitive analytical mind with a strong desire to find things out.
- Pragmatic approach to problem solving.
- Good communication skills.
- Be a team player whilst also being able to deliver on a task you are responsible for.
- Pre-requisite skills: strong Excel and MS Office usage.
- Experience of SQL would be great.
- Experience of CRM systems and data visualisation tools like Tableau/Power-BI would be useful but not essential.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Positive attitude.
