What You’ll Do:
As a 160over90 Intern, you’ll get to:
- Truly work as part of the team, along-side everyone from fellow interns to senior-level staff.
- Work on a range of design projects, from partnerships to experiential, PR and content.
- Develop design and ideation skills and pitch your design approach and creative ideas.
- Learn how the work is brief, how the ideas are created and how those ideas are executed visually.
- Assist in primary research design.
- Gain basic knowledge of the agency clients’ businesses.
- Develop an understanding of the broader Endeavor network and how those assets propel creative output.
- Be part of an agency that cares about making the world better.
- You will have the opportunity to work, and learn, across all the clients within the agency, across a multitude of creative disciplines.
- Interns may be asked to complete an end of summer assignment or pitch (either individually or in assigned teams) utilizing the knowledge they have acquired over the course of the summer.
As well as providing Interns the chance to learn from industry experts, you’ll also have the opportunity to participate in Endeavor wide events and build upon your industry network; this includes a welcome/farewell, speaker series, career planning workshops, team projects, and other valuable initiatives throughout the 8 weeks you’re with us.
Endeavor’s 2023 Internship Programme will be conducted in-person and run for 8 weeks from Monday 3rd July 2023 until Friday 25th August 2023. This is a 40 hour per week, paid internship position, and will be based at City Road, London.
Key Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:
- Support the creative team and Creative Director to create design solutions that answer and exceed client briefs.
- Create bespoke designs as well as make amends to existing artwork.
- Design and layout of presentation decks and materials for client presentations.
- Ensure standards for creative deliverables are maintained through to completion (concepts, layouts, final mechanicals, etc.)
You Will Have The Following Strengths:
- Be an enthusiastic creative with a passion for contemporary design and a willing to learn.
- An excellent multi-tasker and have proven problem-solving abilities
- Have a friendly, open demeanour with ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
- Able to prioritize workload and use their time efficiently
- A basic understanding of, and strong desire to build a career in the entertainment industry
- Be committed to the programme – to both your departmental work and the extracurricular activities
- Maintain professionalism and always represent Endeavor in a positive manner (including onsite at events and tours)
Important Dates:
- Early February: Recruiters begin reviewing applications and reaching out to candidates.
- 28th February: Applications close.
- 31st March: Roles will be filled on a rolling basis, with the goal of extending all offers by this date.
- 3rd July: Internship starts.
- 25th August: Internship ends.
