Job Description Summary:
The Intern Associate Project Manager is a part-time intern position to support existing Project Managers and Solutions Advisors.
Intern Associate Project Managers work with other team members to perform project management duties to support ongoing activities to complete existing projects. Intern Associate Project Managers participate during all phases of the project management process and ensure that projects are effectively planned and well-organized.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design templates
- Create presentations
- Review and edit project deliverables and maintain the project information repository
- Support data entry into Sales tracking systems
Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Willingness to learn new IT solutions
- Strong organizational skills to manage tasks effectively
- Proven communication skills
