Salary: £40,000 - £40,000

Role - Midweight Interior Architect
Salary - £35,000 - £48,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Type - Permanent
Location – Woking, Surrey
My client has an impressive array of award-winning projects across the world and are great advocate for the interior design profession; and are looking to take on an experienced Midweight Interior Architect on a permanent basis in Woking, Surrey.

My client has an impressive array of award-winning projects across the world and are great advocate for the interior design profession; and are looking to take on an experienced Midweight Interior Architect on a permanent basis in Woking, Surrey.
The Midweight Interior Architect will ideally have the following attributes:
Degree qualified in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or Interior Design
Minimum of 4 years’ post graduate experience in luxury residential design
Excellent knowledge and proficiency with one of AutoCAD, Sketch Up and Adobe Creative Suite
Excellent knowledge of bespoke cabinetry, bathroom and FF&E finishes, sourcing, specifying, drawing and procurement
Be keen to develop as part of a dynamic team long term
The Midweight Interior Architect role will involve:
Prepare and develop drawings, models, images, material and mood boards and other related documents to the design
Strong technical background and well experienced in generating and reviewing design drawings
Visiting site to ensure projects are in keeping with design and development
Keeping up to date with new developments and design trends in the design industry
