Day rate of £200-£300 DOE - Up to 24 hours a week
The Interim Marketing Manager will support the Head of Marketing in driving and delivering a specific set of activities during this 6–8 month period. You will liaise with agencies and suppliers and work closely with internal departments to ensure that briefs are developed, understood, and delivered. As the lead you will establish KPIs, evaluate and report on effectiveness, making recommendations for continuous improvement to ensure all marketing and communications activities are delivered to the highest possible level.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Have a solid understanding of the company structure and various processes
Work alongside the Head of Marketing to implement Identity’s marketing
Ensure marketing activity is appropriate for the target audience and delivers a blended approach in delivery methods
Develop and manage the delivery of the specific projects to support the annual marketing plan, specifically:
Delivering integrated communication plans for ‘hero’ projects including case studies
Compiling and submitting award entries and associated communications
Supporting marketing outreach activities such as small events, round tables, and speaker and panel opportunities
Playing an active role in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and making recommendations for channel mix
Skills and Experience:
Previous experience in a Marketing function working at manager level
Extensive experience in producing a variety of content across multi platforms
Demonstrable experience in developing campaigns including CRM/ABM
Good copy writing skills
Has excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with all stakeholders at all levels
Ability to manage multiple tasks and have excellent follow-up skills
To maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values
Excellent timekeeping and self-motivation skills
Desirable:
CIM qualified or a relevant Marketing qualification
Knowledge of HubSpot utilisation for marketing campaigns
Ability to write engaging copy for a variety of uses including both internal and external audiences
Previous experience working in the events industry or corporate, public sector marketing
