About the assignment.
This role is a full-time maternity cover assignment working for a leading international luxury skincare brand. Reporting to the CEO/owner, this is a superb opportunity for a high potential HR manager to join this classy client in a hands-on role which gives you the remit to manage the whole employee life cycle for a team of 60+ people and counting. Your key responsibilities will include:
· Partnering with the leadership team to implement the HR plan in support of business objectives
· Drive the change to a values-based culture through recruitment, internal communications, learning, reward, and performance
· Lead the search and selection process for all vacancies including onboarding administration and induction
· Handling all employee relations issues providing legally sound, pragmatic, and commercial HR advice
· Budget planning and management of office overheads and personnel/payroll costs
· Manage the work environment ensuring H&S compliance in the office, dealing with contractors and suppliers, and ensuring IT systems maintenance
About you.
This role would ideally suit someone with the following experience and characteristics:
· Graduate level education
· CIPD qualified with 3-5 years PQE
· Self-motivated, comfortable to lead from the front under your own autonomy
· Sociable, persuasive, diplomatic communicator who enjoys making connections with people and building sustainable relationships whilst understanding the value of discretion
· Prompt, ready and slightly restless energy which keeps things moving forward and followed through to conclusion
· Thorough, planned, and diligent approach to managing work and events
