Linden Grove is accepting applications for an evening receptionist. The perfect candidate will be a high energy, customer service driven candidate. Ability to multi-task and handle competing priorities. This person manages the visitor flow at the front desk, directs visitors to their destination and answers the phone.
Evening Receptionist Responsibilities:
- Receives and directs incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Puts customer service first: Ensures that residents and families receive the highest quality of service in a caring and
- Maintains current list of residents by name and room number, list of telephone numbers for all personnel, list of department extensions, names of key personnel and their extensions, physician Kardex, and mail.
- Performs other duties as requested.
Receptionist Must Have:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- This position requires that the employee is able to read, write, speak and understand the spoken English language to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our patients and visitors at the work site when responding to their medical and physical needs.
