Interim HRBP FTC – As HRBP you will support the senior leadership team to innovate, develop and improve people management strategy and develop the organisation through strategic initiatives and projects.
Interim HR Business Partner responsibilities:
- Deliver strategic advice and support across the business
- Strategically influence the people agenda, considering commercial impact of decisions, identifying and advising on risks, pragmatic solutions and improved business performance
- Provide expert advice and guidance to stakeholders on opportunities, risks and possible people and business impacts of decisions.
- Produce relevant HR Management Information
- Ensure that HR processes are efficient and fit for purpose
- Work collaboratively with the organisation’s wider HR resources and within the business to act as a consultant on human resources management, services and organisational change within multiple environments
- Mentor and coach members of the HR team, providing valuable opportunities for L&D
The ideal Interim HR Business Partner
- Previous HR business partnering experience across a portfolio of operational areas
- Experience of influencing and effective collaboration with functions and stakeholders
- Demonstrable experience in proactively diagnosing, developing and executing solutions to problems and organisational challenges
- High level of HR capability (e.g., Resourcing, L&D, Talent Management, Performance Management, Succession Planning, Reward etc.)
- In depth and demonstrable knowledge of employment law, HR policy and practice and its practical application in a commercial environment
- Experience of planning and executing organisational change programmes
- Experience of working within a project discipline framework
- Able to work collaboratively as part of wider people team, respecting respective roles and differences
- Ideally Level 7 qualified or extensive relevant experience.
This interim HR role is offered on a 3–6-month basis. This role is mainly WFH with occasional travel to Cornwall site. Applications are invited from Senior HRBPs, HR Business Partners, Interim HR professionals, People Business Partners, HR Managers, Head of HR.
