Job Description
- This is a fantastic interim opportunity to drive forward the People and Culture agenda
- Partner with Directors across the business to understand their people needs and coach, up skill and guide
- Drive forward the change management agenda
- Lead on the Recruitment and Talent agenda, identifying how the client attracts and retains talent and implementing new initiates to support a period of upcoming growth
The Successful Applicant
- Proven track record as either Head of HR or HR Director in a Small to Medium sized business
- CIPD qualified
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Strong influencing and coaching skills
- Proven track record driving forward a strategic people change agenda
