Interim Finance Change Manager – c. £40,000 for Norwich, Sheffield, York, or Bristol
Are you an experienced Finance Systems Specialist, who is skilled at ensuring BAU processes are evaluated and improved regularly, resulting in compliant and streamlined financial procedures and systems? Here at Aviva, we are looking for long-term interim support to help us deliver change as part of our Finance Change agenda - the role of Finance Change Manager will be offered on 18-month contract basis.
A bit about the job:
You will be accountable for delivering assigned business change impacting Aviva’s financial systems and processes, joining Aviva’s newly developed Transformation team. This will include monitoring over 130 systems that feed into our Finance function – ensuring compliance, as well as process efficiencies and improvements.
Aviva introduced “smart-working” in 2020 and encourage flexible working; however, the successful post-holder will need to be based a commutable distance from our Norwich, Sheffield, York, or Bristol offices.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
Prior experience undertaking a Finance Systems specialist or similar role, with exposure to managing change and process improvements
Prior knowledge of working in an end to end, customer centric environment
Proven track record of delivering change successfully, including exposure to Agile methodology, matched with risk & control awareness
Demonstrate ability to identify & implement process efficiencies and improvements
Resilient nature, with ability to adapt to an ever-changing workload
What you’ll get for this role:
Annual salary of circa £40,000 (depending on location. skills, experience, and qualifications).
