What does the role look like?
Working within a defined territory you will support our retail partners within their stores, through the delivery of face-to-face sales training that increases knowledge and confidence, influences growth of turnover, and promotes compliance and fair consumer outcomes across all touch points.
As a Insurance Trainer you will:
- Build and maintain strong retailer/store relationships.
- Visit all retailers within the territory on a monthly basis.
- Deliver engaging training and support to our retailer network, as defined by National Development Manager & National Strategic Account Manager.
- Influence positive growth and turnover.
- Conduct required compliance checks and audits during retailer site visits.
- Observe and monitor sales practices to ensure adherence to required standards.
- Manage the Guardsman E-Learning program within the territory.
- Ensure good merchandising and presentation of Guardsman products with retailer stores.

·Salary up to £25,000 per annum

·Location – Field based 1 x Central role, 1 x South East role, 1 x South West role.
·Monday to Friday (Some weekend work may be required)
Our Requirements
- Knowledge of the Insurance Industry (Desirable)
- Experience within the Furniture Industry (Desirable)
- Experience in a training or development role
- Hold Full UK Driving License
- Excellent Presentation Skills
- Ability to organise, plan & execute
- Ability to engage, motivate and influence others
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £21,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
