Basic salary between £21,000 - £28,000 + Uncapped Commission Scheme
We are looking to add several driven and highly motivated Retentions Consultants to our high-performing team. You’ll be given all the tools to succeed, we just need you.
As a Commercial Insurance Consultant, you’ll be working within an established team acting as a key point of contact for our existing customers to discuss their renewal options by providing the highest standards of service that our customers expect and our reputation is built on.
We are looking for candidates who have previous experience in customer retentions or insurance role and are passionate for delivering a great service to our customers, and if you’ve got a CII qualification even better.
We have a defined program in place to encourage every member of our team to increase their basic salary. Our employee progression route has been created to ensure you are rewarded for your efforts with regular checkpoints in place where your salary will be reviewed to allow you to maximise your earning potential.
With a starting salary up to £28,000 and an uncapped commission scheme, you’ll be hitting up to £35,000 OTE in no time.

- Full time/Permanent contract of 37.5 hours per week

Our newly refurbished HQ is based in the heart of Sale Moor Village next to Sale Water Park. We’re only a stone’s throw away from the M60 and just a short 5-minute walk from the Airport Metro Link line and Sale Town Centre. We also have plenty of free on-site car parking as well as a bike locker if you choose to cycle in.
