The Role-
Be the Partnership Manager for Chase UK's Insurer partners thereby owning the relationship management and partnership development. Setup the partnership framework internally and externally including internal governance and relationship management governance. Responsible to manage Packaged Insurance's three insurance partners but will scale to Standalone Insurance over time, starting with supporting the Insurance PO with RFP & business development.
Responsibilities:
- Single point of contact for insurers from relationship and partnership management perspective
- Delivery manager for the partners onboarding and TPO
- Support the PO with RFP process, exploratory conversations and business development
- Coordinate all aspects of partnership with internal experts (commercial & proposition, marketing, Ops, product and the entire matrix) and externally
- Prepare and chair the monthly partnership performance meeting for all Insurers. Manage and support the quarterly business reviews.
- Implement the governance framework
Skills/ Qualifications:
- Deep understandingly of the UK packaged insurance proposition holistically
- Coordination and project management skills to manage multiple work streams internally and externally
- Experience of setting up and operationalise new functions and processes in stringent timelines and involving multiple stakeholders
- Good understanding of JPMC governance, internal processes, Chase UK business, JPMC as an institution with a strong network
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills alongside stakeholder management at all levels
