Insurance Claims Handler – Leicester

Assist in the processing of Claims including submission to participating Reinsurers.
Resolve incoming queries quickly & efficiently, maintaining good client communication.
Build and foster relationships with external parties, keeping all stakeholders advised of developments as they occur.
Effectively communicate across a network of internal contacts and business units.
Use core systems & reports to manage & prioritise workloads proactively taking remedial action where results are not in line with expectations.
Responsibility for working in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework, and compliance with the Aon UK Limited policies, including participation in the management of risks (including completion of mandatory training) that may adversely affect the business, interests or reputation of any Group Company. Skills and experience that will lead to success
We’re looking for someone with previous office experience or an insurance background with skills and qualifications ideally including:
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good ability to work under your own initiative and as part of a team.
